317 Housing Solutions is a Non-Profit organization that helps individuals find and maintain housing, save time and money on application fees, and avoid housing scams and discrimination. We advocate for both Landlords and Tenants with hopes of improving the relationship between the two.
We believe that each individual, regardless of your housing situation, deserves adequate housing. That's why our Housing Counselors dedicate their time to assist each client in their housing search. We have made it our goal to do whatever we can to prevent homelessness.

Having a Housing Counselor can significantly reduce the fear and anxiety associated with moving. We recognize how difficult the housing search can be which is why our housing program is so beneficial!
WE ARE NOT AN "APPROVAL" SERVICE, NOR ARE WE AN IMMEDIATE MOVE IN, OR SECOND CHANCE PROGRAM.
